We recently had the pleasure of participating in The Game Expo in Melbourne, and we had an absolute blast showcasing our love for retro gaming and bringing back the classic LAN party feel.

Our booth was a true representation of what LANdu is all about – community-based gaming events that offer something for everyone. We had a mix of old-school and modern games on both PC and console platforms, including a Nintendo 64, Sega Mega Drive, and GameCube.

GoldenEye on Nintendo 64 was an instant crowd favorite. It was amazing to see parents and kids playing together, and we got a kick out of watching the younger generation try to figure out how to hold a N64 controller properly! The nostalgia of playing this classic game on the console that started it all was palpable.

Our LANdu booth was a great way to showcase what people can expect from our upcoming retro section. We will be offering a mix of old-school and modern games, providing a chance to relive your favorite childhood games or introduce a new generation to the classics.

We made so many new friends at The Game Expo, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to have participated in the convention. The organizers were fantastic, and we’re already looking forward to working with them again in the future. It was amazing to see so many people come together to celebrate gaming culture, and we were thrilled to be a part of it.
